Professional Coaching
Every champion athlete has a coach; a perceptive, knowledgeable, trusted individual who offers suggestions and advice to help the athlete achieve his or her very best performance. Corporate Coaching provides the same sort of support and guidance in the domain of communication, leadership and human relations. Coaching is a transformational process which leads people from good to great. Through one on one coaching conversations, we help leaders make the most of their unique strengths while productively addressing areas of opportunity. Goals are clarified, obstacles identified and a strategy is put in place to achieve targeted goals and measurable results.
We tailor our coaching engagements to the specific scenarios you are facing. The most common areas include:
- Coaching for Performance focuses on the manager’s effectiveness in their current position. Our assessment tools help the individual identify target areas for improvement, such as communication style, delegation, or team building.
- Coaching for Development explores and enhances critical competencies in the context of a desired or likely future job or role.
- Acclimation Coaching assists new managers in making a successful transition into a new job and often, a new company culture, by bridging the gap between company and individual expectations.
- Group Coaching Corporate coaching can also be structured as a group activity. Group Coaching encourages individual growth, focus and accountability while tapping into the power of group’s knowledge, experience and expertise.
Why hire a Coach?
Hiring a coach is a quick and efficient way to move individual closer to their individual goals. The coach does not necessarily have all the answers, but rather helps the client through a discovery process to find their own answers. In addition, the coach serves as a catalyst for promoting action and insuring accountability.
