In 1994 Clark Souers began his human resources career which spans the entertainment, hotel, and non-profit industries.  During his tenure in the entertainment industry Clark was the Director of Human Resources for Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) where he was responsible for all employee related matters for entertainment venues such as STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, Sprint Center in Kansas City and The 02 in London.  He has also held HR management level positions with the Hilton, Millennium and Westin hotel chains.  Clark is currently the President of LIFE REVOLUTION®, a company that he founded which impacts young people through cutting edge workshops and life coaching.  He also provides oversight for the human resources and organizational development functions of Penny Lane, a large non-profit organization in Southern California that provides social services to families. 

Clark has designed and facilitated numerous training programs for employees around the world and has become a recognized speaker on topics such as time management, stress management, conflict resolution, motivation and teamwork.  His other areas of expertise include executive coaching, organizational development, appreciative inquiry, core value assessments, employee relations, union negotiations, employee investigations, policy development, team building and recruitment.

Clark’s involvement in the community is extensive which includes roles as a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of America and a Volunteer Leader with Young Life.  He was also appointed by the Mayor of Los Angeles to the Workforce Investment Board.

He was valedictorian of Pepperdine University and earned his MBA from Arizona StateUniversity.  Clark is certified as an Achieve Global, DDI and Zenger Miller trainer and has done post-graduate certification work through the Coaches Training Institute, the first organization that was ever accredited by the International Coaching Federation.  

Clark is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association, National Association of Professional Organizers, International Coaches Association and the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association.
